Exam Board: Edexcel
Entry Requirements: At least a Grade A / 7-9 in Maths. Whilst not required, Additional Maths or Further Maths studied at GCSE level is a great advantage.

To be accepted on the two-year fast track A Level or BTEC programme students must have at least 5 GCSE’s graded 5-9 or equivalent qualifications. For A Levels This must include a grade 6 or above in the subject you plan to study.

Course Overview

A-Level Maths aims to develop your understanding of mathematics and mathematical processes and develop your ability to reason logically. Through your study of this course, you will gain mathematical skills and techniques and learn how to apply them. You will learn about different areas of mathematics and how they connect to each other and you will also look at the relevance of mathematics in the world.It is a demanding course, therefore, requires dedication and commitment however it’s rewarding and enjoyable.
